In the process of founding e6, our team had been wondering what kind of faith can be the soul of e6 development. This spiritual support has encouraged the first few members to bring more and more successors, making e6 become one of China’s greatest enterprises!
We request all people in e6 accept the following seven principles from the bottom of their heart! One day when these seven principles are inscribed in their mind, and converted into their own habits, e6 will definitely realize its great mission which is to reform China’s logistics industry by applying information and technologies!
We request all people in e6 to remember understand and follow the principles below! Of course, anybody can say,”I think it is unnecessary!”, but our solutions are very simple, which means that you are supposed to leave here! We are going to look for those that support these seven principles!
First, Filial piety to our parents
Being fundamental to Chinese, filial piety comes first among all the good deeds! We do not believe that those who are not filial to their parents can devote themselves to the career of e6!
Second, Honest and trustworthiness
It is the foundation of human society! Unfortunately, most people are not clear about the implications of honest and trustworthiness, so that they think themselves to be most honesty and trustworthy, while others not! In fact, the key to be honesty and trustworthy is: So said, so done! This “done” means the quality of ensuring appropriate doings in a reasonable period of time, which requires all e6 people to not make promises carelessly, but once promising it, keep it!
Third, Unity and fraternity
e6 is a collection of many individuals! In order to work together, we are supposed to create the morale of unity and fraternity, becoming close members of e6.
Fourth, Being enterprising
We are supposed to keep enterprising, since what e6 are doing is unprecedented. We should demand more of ourselves in many aspects such as working skills, attitude and the like! We are supposed to be better than ever!
Fifth, Being lucky to lose
When looking over a person’s life time, it is undoubtedly that shrewdness does not equate cleverness, and the latter is not equal to intelligence! By means of their shrewdness, most people have won short-term interest, but made a wreck of their life! e6 wants his people to realize that it is lucky to lose!
Sixth, Customer first
We depend on our customers to survive, so e6 people must try hard to do all work well, meeting the reasonable demands of customers.
Seventh, Standing in the Now
Yesterday is gone, and tomorrow is yet to come. All e6 people should realize that seizing the present is most important! If we are spending a fulfilling life every day, our life must be splendid!
